Acceptance

By downloading or using ScanIt ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanIt for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control.

Free Tier

The free version of ScanIt allows up to 3 QR code scans per day. Scan results are displayed immediately with copy and share actions. Free users do not have access to scan history, QR code generation, or custom styling.

ScanIt Pro Subscription

ScanIt Pro is available as a weekly auto-renewing subscription at $3.99/week with a 3-day free trial. Pro unlocks:

Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any QR codes you scan or generate using ScanIt. We claim no rights over your content.

Accuracy Disclaimer

ScanIt processes QR codes on-device. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all QR codes will be detected or that decoded content will be error-free. Always verify important information independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanIt and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

No Warranty

ScanIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
